Glamorgan cheese was a kind of cheese once made in Wales from the milk of a breed of cattle also named Glamorgan. There are few Glamorgan cattle remaining, so that there is not enough Glamorgan cows' milk to devote any to cheesemaking. However, Caerphilly is very similar and is now substituted for Glamorgan cheese in such products as Glamorgan sausage.
